Quality, Every Time...

What We Do

One crew for the whole property

Most lawn companies stop at the mow. We handle the design, the dirt, and the hardscape too - so you're not chasing three different contractors to finish one yard.

Lawn Maintenance

The weekly or biweekly service that keeps a property looking sharp all season - and the reason most of our customers call us first.

  • Mowing to an even height
  • Edging & weed eating
  • Blowing down hard surfaces

Sod Installation & Repair

Thin, patchy, or worn-out turf replaced with fresh sod, laid on properly prepped and graded ground so it takes root fast.

  • Full yard replacement
  • Patch & repair work
  • Grading & soil prep

Landscape Design & Install

Full front-to-back landscape plans - plant selection, layout, and installation matched to Florida sun, soil, and water.

  • Design & plant plans
  • Trees, palms & shrubs
  • Complete yard makeovers

Gardening & Bed Care

Ongoing care that keeps beds looking intentional instead of overgrown - pruning, shaping, weeding, and seasonal color.

  • Hedge & shrub trimming
  • Weeding & bed cleanup
  • Seasonal flower planting

Mulch, Rock & Edging

Crisp, clean bed lines with fresh mulch or river rock. The fastest, cheapest way to lift the curb appeal of a tired yard.

  • Mulch & pine bark refresh
  • River rock & stone beds
  • Steel & poly bed edging

Irrigation & Sprinklers

New zones, repairs, and tune-ups so every part of the lawn gets water - without soaking the driveway or the water bill.

  • System installs & new zones
  • Head & line repairs
  • Timer & zone tuning

Paver Patios & Walkways

Paver work built on a compacted base so it stays level for years - patios, walkways, driveways, and pool decks.

  • Patios & pool decks
  • Walkways & driveways
  • Base prep & compaction

Retaining Walls

Block and stone walls that hold back grade, terrace a slope, or frame a raised planting bed - drained and built to last.

  • Block & stone walls
  • Raised planter walls
  • Grade & drainage work

Overgrowth & Lot Clearing

Neglected yards, vacant lots, and rental turnovers taken from waist-high back to clean, mowable, code-compliant ground.

  • Overgrown lot cutdowns
  • Brush & debris haul-off
  • Rental & foreclosure cleanups

Before & After

What a few days on site actually changes

Same yard, same camera angle, a few days apart. That strip of bare dirt on the left is where every one of these projects starts.

Our Work

Real yards, real crews, real results

Every photo below is our own work on Central Florida properties - no stock images, no borrowed portfolios.

Why Power House

Quality, every time. Not just the first time.

Anyone can cut grass once. The difference shows up in month three - whether the edges are still crisp and the crew still shows up.

01

Full-service, not just mowing

Design, planting, mulch, rock, irrigation, pavers, and walls under one roof. One point of contact for the whole yard, one crew that already knows the property.

02

We show up when we say

Routes are scheduled, not improvised. You know which day the crew comes, and you hear from us if weather moves it.

03

Clean edges, clean exit

Beds get edged, hard surfaces get blown down, and clippings leave with us. The finish is the part people actually notice.

04

Built for Florida yards

St. Augustine and Zoysia turf, sandy soil, hard summer rain, and watering restrictions - we plant and build for what actually survives here.

05

Straight pricing

Free estimates, written scope, and a flat price per visit or per project. No surprise line items after the work is done.

06

Locally owned and accountable

You get the owner's number, not a call center. If something isn't right, we come back and fix it.

Overgrown lot, dead patch of turf, or a backyard you've been meaning to redo for two years - we'll come look at it for free.

How It Works

Getting started takes one call or text

  1. 1

    Call or text photos

Tell us what's bugging you about the yard. Text a couple of photos of the problem areas and it speeds things up a lot.

  2. 2

    Free on-site estimate

We walk the property, measure what needs measuring, and give you a written price - usually same week.

  3. 3

    Scheduled and done

Maintenance goes on a fixed route day. Projects get a start date and a crew that finishes it.

  4. 4

    We check back

After a big install we follow up on how things are taking - watering, settling, anything that needs a tweak.

Common Questions

The things people ask before they call

Still stuck on something? Call or text 407-984-7072 and ask - we'd rather answer it now than have you guess.

How much does lawn maintenance cost?

It depends on the size of the lot, how overgrown things are, and how often you want us out - so we price it after seeing the property. Estimates are free, and you'll have the number before any work starts.

How often should a Florida lawn be cut?

Through the growing season, roughly April to October, most St. Augustine and Zoysia lawns here want cutting about every week - they grow fast with the heat and the afternoon rain. In the cooler months every other week is usually plenty.

My yard is completely overgrown. Is it too far gone?

Almost never. Overgrown lots, rental turnovers, and properties that have sat empty are normal work for us - cut it down, haul off the debris, and get it back to something mowable. From there it can go on a regular schedule.

Do you handle both the landscaping and the hardscaping?

Yes. Alongside mowing and bed care we do landscape design and planting, sod, mulch and rock, irrigation, paver patios and walkways, and retaining walls - so the same company can take a yard from design through to the finished hardscape.

What areas do you serve?

Orlando, Apopka, Longwood, Winter Park, and Winter Garden. If you're just outside that and not sure whether you're in range, call or text and ask - if we can't get to you we'll point you to someone who can.

What's the fastest way to get a quote?

Call or text. If you can, send photos of the problem areas along with your message - the more we can see up front, the less back-and-forth it takes.
